Account Protection, Data Security & User Privacy Controls

Your trust is fundamental to the Wexxle ecosystem. Wexxle is designed with security, privacy, and responsible platform use as core operating principles.
Wexxle applies industry-standard encryption practices to help protect user data in transit and at rest. These measures include commonly accepted transport and storage safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
Wexxle systems are designed using security-first and zero-trust architectural principles, where access is restricted based on authentication state, role, and contextual signals. System components do not implicitly trust one another.
Data is hosted on secure, regionally distributed cloud infrastructure designed to support availability, redundancy, and operational resilience. Backup and integrity processes are implemented to support continuity and recovery.
Multi-factor authentication is available for all users and may be required for certain account tiers. MFA provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized account access.
Users may review and revoke active sessions across supported devices. Wexxle may notify users of unusual authentication activity based on system-detected signals.
Access to AxTAGs and related actions can be configured by role and permission. Users control who may view, edit, duplicate, or archive content, subject to account type, configuration, and platform rules.
AxTAGs may be configured with different visibility states, including:
Enterprise accounts may access activity records that log key actions such as creation, modification, sharing, and deletion, supporting internal review, monitoring, and compliance needs.
Users may define geographic and temporal boundaries for AxTAGs. Tags that expire or fall outside defined parameters are no longer accessible within the platform.
Wexxle does not sell or rent user data. Information is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the platform in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated content through account settings. Certain information may be retained as required by law, regulation, or contractual obligations.
Eligible users may export AxTAG data for personal records, auditing, or migration, subject to account tier, configuration, and technical limitations.
Wexxle offers account-level controls intended to help limit access and visibility for managed or supervised users. Availability and applicability may vary by region and account type.
Enterprise configurations may support delegated oversight features, allowing designated accounts to monitor activity, enforce policies, and manage geofence-based workflows without full administrative control.
