Wexxle.io is a dynamic platform built on openness, creativity, and security. To keep the ecosystem healthy for all users—individuals, creators, and businesses—we follow clear rules and enforceable policies. By using Wexxle.io, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Be Responsible with TAGs
AxTAGs must not contain illegal, hateful, or harmful content. You are solely responsible for the visibility, accuracy, and purpose of the TAGs you create, drop, or share.

2. Respect Geofencing Boundaries
Do not spoof, manipulate, or override geolocation boundaries to access TAGs or views outside your intended area. This includes using unauthorized tools to alter device position.

3. No Spam, Bots, or Exploits
Automated behaviors—including scripted TAG drops or mass-creation of TAGs—are prohibited without explicit approval via the Wexxle.io API or enterprise automation access.

4. Do Not Interfere with Others
You may not impersonate, harass, or flood public areas with disruptive TAGs. AxTAGs placed in shared or public zones must follow local laws and respect communal experience.

• User data is never sold or shared with third parties except for core functionality (e.g., payment processing, fraud prevention).
   
• Private TAGs stay private—only visible to you unless explicitly shared.
   
• All data is encrypted and stored according to modern security standards.

You may not upload or embed:

• Explicit adult content (except within private Medical or Health TAGs with proper labeling)
   
• Personally identifiable information of others without consent
   
• Copyrighted or trademarked material without rights
   
• Misinformation that may cause harm (e.g., fake health data, dangerous directions)
   

Violations will result in content removal, and repeated offenses may lead to account suspension or deletion.

• Branded or sponsored TAGs must clearly disclose their nature
   
• Receipt and Inventory TAGs are subject to audit, logging, and visibility rules defined in the Merchant Agreement
   
• Guardian & Timecard systems must not be used to track users without their knowledge and agreement

Wexxle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate the terms listed above
   
• Endanger the platform's integrity or user experience
   
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with app functionality
   

You will be notified of any enforcement action and may appeal via support@wexxle.com.

We may revise these policies as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app and via email to registered users. Continued use of Wexxle.io after updates implies acceptance of revised terms.
