Wexxle.io is a platform designed to support location-based digital asset tagging while prioritizing responsible use and platform integrity.

To maintain platform integrity for all users—individuals, creators, and businesses—Wexxle enforces the following rules and policies. Use of Wexxle.io constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below.

1. Be Responsible with TAGs
   AxTAGs must not contain illegal, hateful, or harmful content. You are solely responsible for the visibility, accuracy, and purpose of the TAGs you create, drop, or share.
2. Respect Geofencing Boundaries
   Do not spoof, manipulate, or override geolocation boundaries to access TAGs or views outside your intended area. This includes using unauthorized tools to alter device position.
3. No Spam, Bots, or Exploits
   Automated behaviors—including scripted TAG drops or mass-creation of TAGs—are prohibited without explicit approval via the Wexxle.io API or enterprise automation access.
4. Do Not Interfere with Others
   You may not impersonate, harass, or flood public areas with disruptive TAGs. AxTAGs placed in shared or public zones must follow local laws and respect communal experience.

Wexxle does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with third-party service providers solely as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the platform, including for payment processing, security monitoring, and fraud prevention, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Private TAGs remain private and are visible only to the user who created them unless explicitly shared or made public through platform features.

Wexxle implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. However, no system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may not upload, publish, or embed content that includes:

• Explicit adult material, except within private Medical or Health TAGs, where permitted by applicable law and regulations
• Personally identifiable information of another individual without lawful authority or explicit consent
• Copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary material without sufficient rights or authorization
• False, misleading, or harmful information, including content that could cause physical, medical, or safety-related harm (e.g., fabricated health data or dangerous instructions)
   

Violations of these content guidelines may result in content removal and, in cases of repeated or serious violations, suspension or termination of access to the Wexxle.io platform and related applications.

• Branded or sponsored TAGs must clearly disclose their nature.
   
• Receipt and Inventory TAGs are subject to audit, logging, and visibility rules defined in the Merchant Agreement.
   
• Guardian & Timecard systems must not be used to track users without their knowledge and agreement.
   

Additional enterprise-specific terms may apply and are provided under separate agreement.

These actions apply to user accounts and access associated with the Wexxle.io platform and related applications.

Wexxle reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where a user or account:

• Violates the rules or policies outlined above
• Endangers platform integrity, security, or user experience
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with application functionality
   

Where practicable, affected users will be notified of enforcement actions and may submit an appeal by contacting support@wexxle.com.

We may revise these policies as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app and via email to registered users. Continued use of Wexxle.io after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.

Users may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent platform safeguards, access controls, or usage limits.

Wexxle does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or specific features.
