🔐 Managing Your Account

Your Wexxle account is fully managed through the Wexxle.io platform. For security, privacy, and data integrity reasons, Wexxle.com does not store or process any personal account data. This includes passwords, subscription details, saved AxTAGs, or user activity.

To manage your account, visit:

Update your profile

• Change your name, avatar, or display handle
• Edit personal descriptions or team roles
   

Change your email or password

• Navigate to Settings > Account
• Choose Change Email or Change Password
   

Manage your subscriptions

• View your current plan (Freemium, Subscriber, or Enterprise)
• Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from your account dashboard
   

Configure notification preferences

• Enable/disable mobile, email, or in-app notifications
• Customize alerts for new TAGs, shared experiences, and system updates
   

Data and Privacy Settings

• Export or delete your account data (available in Settings > Privacy)
• Review and revoke TAG access granted to other users or groups

All account changes must be made while logged in to Wexxle.io. If you believe your account has been compromised or you’ve lost access to your email, please contact our security team directly at:
